Fat Tomato AT Electric Picnic

We’re bringing a taste of the Fat Tomato garden to Electric Picnic 2026 this weekend, with two appearances at the Theatre of Food on Sunday, 30 August.

First, we’ll join Drinks Theatre host Aoife Carrigy, Lily Ramirez-Foran from Picado Mexican and Dr Louise Fitzgerald from the Lady Bites Podcast for a special Rehydration Station. We’ll be serving tasters of Fat Tomato kombucha, water kefir and Mexican aguas frescas while exploring refreshing drinks across cultures — and the importance of hydration for energy, cognition and overall well-being.

Later, Anthony will join Ryan Lally, Colman Power, Dee Laffan and Brendan Guinan for a Foodhaus Podcast conversation exploring the past and future of Irish growing — from heritage varieties and seed saving to biodiversity, flavour and the future of our food.
