From our edible garden in North Wexford, we grow over 500 heritage varieties chosen for flavour, then share them through a changing seasonal collection of seeds, preserves, condiments, drinks, and thoughtful food & gardening gifts.
Everything is grown, made, or carefully curated by us — with a focus on exceptional flavour, biodiversity, seasonality, and ingredients rarely found on supermarket shelves.

We grow and save open-pollinated seeds chosen for flavour and reliability in Irish and temperate gardens – from polytunnels and glasshouses to raised beds and pots by the door. Alongside them are small-batch preserves, ferments, cordials, dried herbs, salts, and sauces crafted from ingredients grown in our garden.
Many of the varieties we grow are rarely available commercially, chosen for flavour and character rather than yield or shelf life. Everything is grown and made with respect for nature, without artificial chemicals, unnecessary preservatives, or shortcuts.
Once something sells out, it may not return – that’s the nature of working closely with the Irish seasons.
