Fat Tomato is a one-of-a-kind edible garden and honesty farm shop in North Wexford. We grow over 500 heritage and organic varieties of vegetables, fruits, herbs, and edible flowers. From this abundance, we create small-batch, chef-inspired foodie gifts, condiments, ferments, and seasonal garden seeds.

Every Fat Tomato product begins in our hillside garden, grown without chemicals, using heritage seeds and peat-free organic compost. Our food gifts capture rare flavours, Irish food culture, and a deep respect for biodiversity. Each jar, bottle, or packet of seeds tells a story you won’t find anywhere else.
