Our online shop reflects the seasonal rhythm of our tiny hillside edible garden in North Wexford, Ireland. Here you’ll find Irish garden seeds, one-of-a-kind condiments and drinks, and thoughtful food and gardening gifts - all grown, made, and curated by us as the year unfolds. Online orders are available for delivery across Ireland and Europe, with collection available at our Honesty Farm Shop.
We grow and save open-pollinated, chemical-free seeds chosen for flavour, curiosity, and how well they perform in cool, temperate gardens - from polytunnels and glasshouses to pots by the door. Alongside them are preserves, ferments, cordials, dried herbs, spice blends, salts, and sauces, made in small batches using Irish ingredients.
Everything here is produced to strict organic standards, without artificial flavours or additives, and always with respect for season, place, and people. Once something sells out, it may not return next year - or even the year after. That’s the joy (and challenge) of working closely with the Irish weather.
