From our edible garden in North Wexford, we offer a changing, seasonal collection of Irish garden seeds, one-of-a-kind condiments, drinks, and thoughtful food & gardening gifts.
Everything is grown, made, or carefully curated by us — with a focus on flavour, seasonality, and real ingredients.
Delivery across Ireland & Europe — or collect from our Honesty Farm Shop.
We grow and save open-pollinated, chemical-free seeds, chosen for flavour and performance in Irish and temperate gardens — from polytunnels and glasshouses to pots by the door.
Alongside them are small-batch preserves, ferments, cordials, dried herbs, spice blends, salts, and sauces — all made using ingredients from our garden.
Everything is made to strict organic standards, without artificial additives, and always with respect for season, place, and people.
Once something sells out, it may not return — that’s the nature of working closely with the Irish seasons.
