Our online shop reflects the rhythm of our tiny hillside edible garden in North Wexford, Ireland. Here you’ll find a seasonal selection of Irish garden seeds, small-batch condiments and drinks, and thoughtful food and gardening gifts, all grown, made, or curated by us as the year unfolds.

We grow and save open-pollinated, chemical-free seeds, chosen for flavour, curiosity, and how well they perform in cool, temperate gardens - from Irish polytunnels to pots by the door. Alongside them, you’ll discover preserves, ferments, cordials, dried herbs, spice blends, salts, and sauces, all made in small batches using the best old and new Irish ingredients.

Everything here is produced to strict organic standards, without artificial flavours or additives, and always with respect for season, place, and people. Once something sells out, it may not return next year - or even the year after. That’s the joy (and challenge) of working closely with the Irish weather.
