Fat Tomato at Dingle Food Festival

We’re excited to share that Anthony will be at the Dingle Food Festival, one of Ireland’s most celebrated food and drink events.

On Saturday, October 4, at 12.45 pm in Benners Hotel, Anthony joins journalist and editor Dee Laffan and Niamh McNally of McNally’s Family Farm as part of Scoop Food Magazine’s “Scoop & a Yarn” series. Their discussion, “Cultured crops: beyond the vegetable patch”, explores the growing creativity of fermented foods - from kombucha and kimchi to sauces - and how these flavours connect gardens, kitchens, and Irish food culture.

The Scoop & a Yarn talks will run throughout the weekend, featuring Irish food producers, chefs, and writers sharing stories of food memories, makers’ traditions, and local food history. Visitors to the Dingle Food Festival can expect lively conversation, authentic voices, and plenty of flavour.
