On Saturday, 14 September, Fat Tomato was featured on Newstalk’s Down to Business with Bobby Kerr, broadcast live from the beautiful Monart Destination Spa in Wexford.

The special Industry Review shone a spotlight on some of Wexford’s most inspiring businesses. Anthony O’Toole joined Bobby to share the story of Fat Tomato - how a tiny hillside garden in North Wexford has grown into a home for 500+ heritage and organic varieties (grown for flavour, not yield), a one-of-a-kind honesty farm shop, and a hub for celebrating biodiversity, flavour, and Irish food culture.
