Anthony joins Kathryn Thomas on Q102
Anthony recently joined Kathryn Thomas and this year’s Blas na hÉireann Champion, Graham Herterich, on Q102's The Morning Show as part of the station's Best of Ireland series.
The programme celebrated the people, places and producers shaping Ireland's food landscape, with Anthony sharing the story behind Fat Tomato – from growing more than 500 heritage varieties in North Wexford to preserving seasonal flavours through small-batch drinks, preserves and pantry products.
