A 4-Page Celebration of Fat Tomato in Irish Country Magazine

We’re thrilled to be featured in the July/August edition of Irish Country Magazine, a four-page celebration of all things Fat Tomato.

Written by food journalist Dee Laffan, who spent a morning with Anthony in our garden and kitchens earlier this summer. The feature takes readers on a tour of our edible garden in North Wexford. It tells the story of how heritage seeds, seasonal growing, and small-batch condiments come to life—and how one chef’s horticultural project has blossomed into a joyful, biodiverse dream.
