At Fat Tomato, we grow more than 100 tomato varieties each year — wild and wonderful in every shape, colour and character. Some are best eaten simply, with flaky sea salt and good olive oil; others reveal something entirely different when bottled, preserved or slowly transformed in the kitchen.

Throughout the season, we capture those different flavours and characteristics in small batches — from the brightness of the summer harvest to the deep, savoury flavours that emerge with time.

Our Bottled Tomatoes preserve the harvest simply, creating a true kitchen staple and a taste of the garden long after tomato season has passed. Our mature Green Tomato Chutney transforms the fruit that hasn't ripened at the end of the season into something rich, savoury and complex, while Wild Tomato Jam brings sweet-savoury intensity. Bloody Mary Salt adds a final hit of tomato, spice and seasoning — made to lift everything from eggs and roast vegetables to drinks and simple suppers.

Together, they offer a complete expression of the tomato — fresh, preserved, sweet, savoury and full of character.

Finished with a small illustrated keepsake, this is a box for those who truly love tomatoes in all their forms.

Each box is presented in our signature black gift box, lined with illustrated paper and wrapped in a cornpaper sleeve that tells the Fat Tomato story.
