Perfect for rhubarb lovers, this box celebrates one of our earliest and most fleeting harvests. Sharp, bright, and beautifully aromatic, we grow four varieties of rhubarb in our garden and gathered at different times when each reaches its peak.
Some stems are enjoyed fresh; others are quickly transformed into small-batch creations to capture rhubarb’s tart, floral character long after spring has passed.

Rhubarb Cardamom Syrup – perfect over pancakes, yoghurt, porridge, or ice cream, and lovely stirred through drinks
Rhubarb Blood Orange Marmalade – sharp and aromatic; beautiful with toast, pastries, or alongside sharp cheeses
