A seasonal taste from our garden.

Perfect for peach lovers, this box captures the fleeting harvest of our Peregrine and Johnny Brack peaches, grown in our polytunnel and sheltered from the unpredictable Irish weather. The peach trees grow arching over the doorways at either end - a rare sight in Ireland. Juicy, fragrant, and short-lived, they’re quickly transformed into small-batch creations we’ve bottled and jarred to savour all year round.

Inside this gift box, you’ll find all of our peachy creations:

  • Peach Honey Jam - made with our highly prized peaches and Tara Hill raw blossom honey; lovely on sourdough toast, brown bread, porridge, or yoghurt with granola

  • Peach BBQ Sauce - perfect for dipping, marinating, or brushing over grilled meats and vegetables; made for summer barbecues, but one you’ll reach for all year round

  • Peach Vanilla Syrup - made with organic Mexican vanilla pods; delicious over waffles, pancakes, fruit salads, ice cream, or in milky coffees and cocktails

  • Peach Spice Chutney - beautiful with cheeses, grilled meats, or meaty white fish; great with charcuterie, or as a fragrant counterpoint to dhal and curries. We especially love it in a good cheese toastie

  • Illustrated sticker - a little keepsake featuring the peach artwork from this gift box

Each gift box is presented in a beautiful black box, lined with illustrated paper and wrapped in a cornpaper sleeve that tells the Fat Tomato story.
