Damson Honey Cordial - a small-batch, limited-edition cordial made from fruit grown in our hillside garden; brighten cocktails, top with soda water, or drizzle over yoghurt, ice cream or hot apple sponge
Damson Apple Gin Jam - made with a good dash of Highbank Orchards organic apple gin; beautiful with cheese, scones, or stirred through your morning porridge or yoghurt with granola
Damson Sauce - our take on a hoisin-style sauce, rich and savoury; perfect with noodles, dumplings, roasted vegetables, or grilled meats
