Created for those who love to cook, this gift box brings together ingredients from the Fat Tomato pantry designed to be opened, used, shared and returned to again and again.
At its heart are the building blocks of flavour. The exact contents change with the garden and the season, making each box a little different.
A small-batch cordial might bring the floral brightness of Wild Strawberry Rose, the exotic fragrance of Fig Leaf Lime or the sharp sweetness of Damson Honey. Our jams and fruit preserves move with the harvest too — from Blueberry Pear Lemon Jam and Wild Tomato Jam to Damson Apple Gin Jam — while a mature chutney brings deeper, savoury flavours that have been given time to develop.
One of our small-batch fruit syrups — perhaps Peach Vanilla or another fleeting garden flavour — brings another layer of possibility to drinks, desserts and breakfasts.
