Peach Vanilla Syrup

Soft, fragrant, and gently indulgent.

Peaches are a rare fruit to grow well in Ireland, but in our polytunnel they thrive — protected from the elements and allowed to ripen slowly for full flavour. Our Peregrine and Johnny Brack varieties bring both floral brightness and honeyed depth, captured at their peak.

This syrup is made with these peaches, organic Colombian raw cane sugar, and a pinch of Wexford sea salt. Real organic Mexican vanilla — sourced through our friends at Picado Mexican — adds a deep, rounded warmth that brings the fruit into balance.

Made as a concentrated syrup, a little goes a long way.

Drizzle over pancakes, porridge, or ice cream, stir into sparkling water or cocktails, or use to soak sponge cakes and fold through cream.

Available as an everyday bottle, or as a Gift Box, wrapped in our illustrated paper — inspired by the Wexford and Irish food story — and presented in our signature black box.

  • A little goes a long way. Drizzle over pancakes, waffles, or good vanilla ice cream. Pour onto your morning porridge, yoghurt with granola. Stir into sparkling water or tonic for a refreshing summer spritz, or add to iced tea or milky iced coffee.
