Brad’s Atomic Grape is a striking indeterminate (vining) variety producing clusters of elongated, plum-sized tomatoes with distinctive pointed tips. The thick-skinned fruits ripen through an extraordinary range of colours, from olive green and purple to orange-red with dramatic brown-blue striping.

Beneath the bold exterior is a rich, sweet, deeply tomatoey flavour with great bite, making this variety as good in the kitchen as it is beautiful on the vine. Excellent for fresh eating, salads, roasting, and adding visual impact to summer dishes.

Average number of seeds: 14

Open-pollinated, chemical-free seeds. Grown and saved in Wexford, Ireland. We only grow and save seeds from plants that were started from certified organic seeds.

  • During tomato season, we eat tomatoes morning, noon, and night, as they bring us so much joy after months of nurturing. We eat them like sweets, in pasta dishes, or as part of a simple tomato salad with flaky sea salt.

    We also preserve tomatoes in various ways for the year ahead, making sauces, jams, and chutneys. Fresh tomatoes can be frozen whole for later use in pasta sauces, stews, soups, and casseroles.
