Created as a gentle pause between gardening tasks, this blend captures the quiet rhythm of the garden in a teacup. Whole chamomile flowers and lemon balm bring soft, restorative notes; Moroccan and garden mint add a fresh, uplifting lift; while dried heritage apples — Blood of the Boyne, Lough Tree of Wexford, and Discovery — lend natural sweetness, floral depth, and a gentle orchard body. Calendula petals add a golden brightness, with just a whisper of lavender to round it all out.
Everything is grown in our garden without the use of chemicals and slowly dried to preserve flavour, colour, and natural character, capturing the true taste of the Irish growing season.
It’s the tea we brew when the tools are down, and the boots are off. Comforting, bright, and quietly floral — perfect hot on cool evenings or poured over ice on warm afternoons.
Each jar contains 15g of our Gardeners’ Tea blend, enough for around eight cups, along with a small wooden spoon and eight compostable tea bags — a thoughtful addition for those who prefer ease or tea on the go.
