From the garden: Something seasonal, grown by us, fresh or simply preserved
From the pantry: A small-batch Fat Tomato creation
Something new: A first taste of a product in development
From beyond the garden: A discovery from a like-minded producer in Ireland or from Anthony's travels around the world.
No two boxes are exactly alike. Each one captures a moment in the season: what is growing, what is tasting best and what is inspiring us.
Each box arrives in our signature black gift box, lined with illustrated paper and accompanied by a seasonal Letter from the Garden. Designed to be enjoyed slowly, many of its contents will last well beyond the season.

Four deliveries. Four moments in the garden.
Samhain / Winter — endings, reflection, and the slow return of light (November/December)
Imbolc / Spring — new beginnings and the first tender growth (February/March)
Bealtaine / Summer — long days, blossom, and early abundance (May/June)
Lughnasa / Autumn — harvest, warmth, and deep garden flavour (August/September)
THE NEXT EDITION
Each edition is made in very limited quantities. Once its season has passed, so has the box.
The inaugural Lughnasa / Autumn Season Box has now been released.
Orders placed now will receive the second edition: Samhain / Winter 2026, shipping in late November / early December.
Choose a single season for yourself or as an unusual gift, or follow the garden through the whole year. Annual collections begin with the next available edition.
