THE SEASONAL CYCLE
Each box follows the rhythm of the Irish food year:
Samhain / Winter — endings, reflection, and the slow return of light (mid-November)
Imbolc / Spring — new beginnings and the first tender growth (mid-February)
Bealtaine / Summer — long days, blossom, and early abundance (mid-May)
Lughnasa / Autumn — harvest, warmth, and deep garden flavour (mid-August)
