Anthony at Taste of Dublin
We're delighted to share that Anthony will once again be speaking at this year's Taste of Dublin, as part of the Food for Thought stage with Lovin Dublin.
Hosted by Sharon Noonan, the Food for Thought programme brings together chefs, producers, food writers and industry voices for a series of tastings, discussions and conversations exploring Ireland's evolving food culture.
On Friday, 12 June at 12.45 pm, Anthony will join fellow Blas na hÉireann Producers' Champion and food storyteller Santina Kennedy for Talk & Taste, a lively conversation celebrating the creativity, stories and flavours shaping Ireland's artisan food community. From Santina's behind-the-scenes food storytelling to Anthony's work growing more than 500 heritage varieties at Fat Tomato, the session will explore the people, places and producers helping drive Irish food forward.
