Fat Tomato featured on The Claire Byrne Show

Fat Tomato was delighted to be featured on The Claire Byrne Show on Newstalk, as cookbook author Orla Drumgoole shared ideas for making delicious homemade summer cordials and lemonades.

During the feature, Orla highlighted one of Anthony's favourite tips: adding a small pinch of Irish sea salt to homemade cordials. Used sparingly, sea salt enhances the natural flavour of the fruit, helping the sweetness and acidity feel more balanced. It can also contribute to preservation, making it a simple but effective ingredient in homemade drinks.
