These long-standing awards celebrate the very best in Irish food, drink, and hospitality. Judged by a panel of respected industry experts, they highlight creativity, quality, and innovation across the sector. The ceremony takes place on Sunday, November 9, at The Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin.
