We love this squash because it is versatile. Its flavour works well with various spices, herbs, and vegetables. Delicious in salads, curries, stews, and soups. It can be used as a substitute for sweet potatoes in most recipes.
Preparing this squash is a breeze. The skin is edible and softened when cooked, and the seeds can also be eaten when roasted.
