To ensure the best germination, the temperature must be at least 20°C. Sow seeds point-side down, 1.5 cm deep, in small pots with peat-free compost. Plant outdoors 90 cm apart from late May, once frosts have passed.
Sow indoors: April to early June

Pumpkin seeds are rich in manganese, tryptophan, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, protein, zinc, and iron, offering numerous health benefits. Lady Godiva seeds can be roasted and used in salads or enjoyed as a snack. They have a nutty, delicious flavour.
To roast, simply wash the seeds and let them dry. Then, place them in a hot oven at 200°C for 30 minutes, checking every 10 minutes and stirring until they are toasted and crunchy.
