Our garden peaches are grown for flavour, not yield — Peregrine bringing fragrant, white-fleshed brightness, and Johnny Brack adding a deeper, honeyed sweetness. These fruits do not keep long, so we work quickly to capture them at their peak.

This sauce has been developed slowly over time. The natural sweetness of our peaches is layered with tomatoes, warming allspice, and a gentle smokiness from our chilli pepper flakes. Highbank Orchards’ organic apple syrup adds brightness, while a splash of Tipperary Watershed Single Malt — aged in first-fill bourbon casks — brings depth and a soft, rounded finish.

The result is a balanced, fruit-forward barbecue sauce — rich, lightly spiced, and quietly complex.

Perfect for brushing over grilled meats and vegetables, using as a marinade, or serving alongside roast dishes and summer barbecues. It’s equally good stirred into sauces or used as a dipping sauce — one you’ll reach for well beyond the barbecue season.

Available as a 200g glass bottle for everyday use.
